Shipping & Returns

 

When will my products be shipped?

Your order will typically ship out within 5-7 business days. While we make every effort to process orders promptly, 54 Thrones cannot guarantee specific processing times. Processing times may vary due to natural disasters, inclement weather, or peak periods.

Orders are processed for shipping Monday through Friday, and we are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Please note that processing time does not include the shipping timeframe. The shipping time starts once the order is shipped, not when the order is placed.

We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered in USPS or UPS, or for packages that are left outside your door, with a front desk, neighbor, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address.  We will not grant refunds or resend products for packages marked as delivered. 

 

RETURNED PACKAGES/RESHIPMENTS

If a package is returned as undeliverable, you will receive a refund minus the shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee, unless other arrangements are made and agreed upon by us.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address being provided, we may reach out to obtain the correct address. You will be responsible for the reshipment fee at the carrier's full rate, unless other arrangements are made and agreed upon by us.

 

MISSING ITEMS/DAMAGED/INCORRECT

If your order includes insurance through our vendor, Route Package Protection, all claims for replacement orders due to damage or missing packages must be filed through Route.

To report defective or incorrect items, please email photos of the issue in the original packaging and shipping box to love@54thrones.com along with your order number. This step is necessary for our claims process.

If your order is missing or lost, your first step should be to contact your mail carrier. If you live in an apartment community, please also check with your leasing or mail office to see if the package was delivered there. Once packages are handed over to the carrier, we only have access to the same delivery information that you see.

Please contact us within 5 days from your order date to notify us of a package in transit; otherwise, your order will be forfeited.

54 Thrones is not responsible for stolen packages delivered by our mail carrier. Please choose a secure location for your package delivery. Alternatively, once your order has been shipped, you can re-route the package to the carrier's (FedEx/USPS) nearest location and pick it up from there by creating a free account on the carrier's website.

 

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Promotional offers cannot be applied to orders placed before the promotion began or after it has expired. We reserve the right to cancel any order if an offer is used in an unauthorized, altered, or ineligible manner, and to modify or cancel any promotion due to system errors or unforeseen issues. Ongoing offers are subject to change without notice. Additional restrictions may apply.

 

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We’re confident you’ll love your 54 Thrones purchase, but if not, please return within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, the item(s) must be unopened and unusedNo returns will be granted following the five days after delivery.

Please pack items securely to ensure they arrive in good condition. *you will be responsible for the return shipping*


We issue refunds (minus route package protection fee + any shipping fee that was originally covered by us) to your original payment method within 10 days of receipt of the returned items.

sale items are final sale - no returns or exchanges allowed.

All merch is final sale. 

 

CANCELING AN ORDER

If you need to update or cancel your order, please email us at love@54thrones.com as soon as possible. Our fulfillment department processes orders quickly, so once they are fulfilled and shipped, they cannot be changed or canceled.
