When will my products be shipped?
We are a small but might team and do our best to get your orders out swiftly. Your order will typically ship out within 5-7 business days.
How are my products being shipped?
We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered in USPS or UPS, or for packages that are left outside your door, with a front desk, neighbor, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address. We will not grant refunds or resend products for packages marked as delivered.
Please allow 6 – 21 business days for international parcels to ship. We cannot be held responsible for any customs delays or charges. All customs, duties, taxes and fees are your responsibility. If you have any questions, please email us at email@example.com
You'll receive an order confirmation email, shipping confirmation email and an email confirming your package has been delivered. If, for some reason, you have a problem receiving these emails, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Due to the nature of our products, we have a no returns policy for general dissatisfaction. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have questions. If your order is damaged, or you are missing items, please email us with your order number to email@example.com within 5 days of delivery. No returns will be granted following the five days after delivery.
