When will my products be shipped?
Your order will typically ship out within 5-7 business days.
How are my products being shipped?
We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered in USPS or UPS, or for packages that are left outside your door, with a front desk, neighbor, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address. We will not grant refunds or resend products for packages marked as delivered.
Shipping Confirmation
You'll receive an order confirmation email, shipping confirmation email and an email confirming your package has been delivered. If, for some reason, you have a problem receiving these emails, please contact us at love@54thrones.com
Where do we ship?
We currently only ship within the United States, but we are working on more broad distribution so everyone can enjoy 54 Thrones.
Missing or Lost orders
If your order is missing or lost, your first step would be to contact your mail carrier. Also if you live in an apartment community, please double check your leasing/mail office to see if the package was delivered there. Once packages have been turned over to the carrier we only have access to the same delivery information that you see on your end. Refunds will not be granted for orders marked as delivered. If your package has not been delivered you have 45 days from order date to contact us to resolve the situation. We wil not be responsible for missing orders beyond 45 days.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, we have a no returns/refunds policy for general dissatisfaction. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have questions. If your order is damaged, or you are missing items, please email us with your order number to love@54thrones.com within 5 days of delivery. No returns will be granted following the five days after delivery.
To report damaged/incorrect items, please email love@54thrones.com along with your order number. This is a necessary step for our claims process. One thing to note: your original shipping charges will not be refunded in the returns process. please pack items securely to ensure they arrive in good condition. *You will be responsible for the return shipping*
